Disliked:Hello, I need to make an urgent formal complaint and request a full refund for my booking. I arrived at the property and found serious safety, cleanliness and comfort problems. The room was extremely cold because the air conditioning could not be switched to heating or turned off properly, the blanket was too thin to keep me warm, the bedsheet was dusty and made my body itchy, and the bathroom was very old and unhygienic. The room door and lock also did not feel secure, and the elevator was extremely old and stopped while I was inside. I reported the problems immediately to reception and gave the hotel an opportunity to resolve them. I was offered another room, but it had the same problems, and an apartment opposite the hotel was also offered, which I did not consider a safe or suitable alternative. The hotel refused to refund me. I left the property within less than one hour and did not stay overnight. I have photos and evidence of the conditions. This was not a change of mind; I had to leave because the accommodation was not safe or acceptable to stay in. I am requesting a full refund and would like this case to be escalated to Booking.com Customer Service.

Liked:Location.

Disliked:We stayed there before. However it looks like the hotel is going older and worse. Never ending constructions. Elevator did not work. Some problems with water in the bathroom. But as we needed to stay one late night, it was ok.

Disliked:An extremely rude Azerbaijani receptionist who asks personal questions. Even though I had fully paid for two nights, late at night while I was resting, he came to my room and banged on the door aggressively, claiming that I had not paid, despite the fact that I had paid in full. In the morning, while I was sleeping, I realized that someone was trying to open my room door with a key. Why don’t you inform the cleaning staff which rooms are occupied so they don’t disturb guests? The bathroom light was burnt out, the room was very dirty, and I will never return to this hotel again
