Liked:In the hotel information section it's written that check out time is 12:30 PM but hotel's check out policy is 12:00 PM. Also, wanted airport shuttle service and requested them via email and messages. NO Response from the hotel. The given telephone numbers were unreasonable. Terrible communication.
