Liked:Location and hotel stuff are good, especially Okan on the reception. For a weekend nice place.

Disliked:Old building, so all the minuses of an old building, such as: slightly worn furniture, room size, and soundproofing.

Liked:The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The lady, Suzan was the kindest receptionist I have ever met and she was always ready to help in anything. The other receptionist, Okan was very nice as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

Liked:We stayed for 3 nights and hotel location is very nice. Just walking distance to the Grand Bazar. Stuff’s very friendly. Especially Susana ! She’s awesome and willing to assist us . I’m satisfied with service.

Nice Staff, good location, air conditioner. Bad View and small room

Liked:The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had air conditioning, which was great, and the location was excellent. The breakfast is not the best.

Disliked:The room was quite small, and the view wasn’t very nice. I also missed a towel hanger in the bathroom, and the floor could have been cleaner.
