Can not recommend highly enough. Istanbul was amazing and the hotel was wonderful

Liked:A beautiful little hotel right in the heart of it. Staff were excellent and made us so welcome.

A good hotel in a great location

Liked:The location is great - close to everything including public transport. The breakfast is really great and most of the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Disliked:The room wasn’t properly cleaned and we had to ask to have bins emptied. The sign for your door to indicate whether you wanted to have your room cleaned was not provided so this didn’t help.

Friendly ,helpful staff make up for the older building and its foibles. Location is brilliant

Liked:The staff were extremely friendly. No question or request was too much trouble. They made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was traditional Turkish food and was always slightly varied each day. Coffee and tea was always available and Turkish coffee on request.

Disliked:Bathroom ventilation could be better but it is an old building. Choose a room to the back if you prefer a quiet room.

Liked:Great location and lovely staff quiet and air con at night

Disliked:The rooftop terrace was being refurbished so breakfast was in the basement abc we could not see the view. The hotel did not contact us in advance to warn that the terrace would be closed. Breakfast was not very good compared to other places we have stayed in Turkey. We asked for cooked eggs but were told this was only available occasionally. There were cold hard boiled eggs instead and hot chips for breakfast
