Terrible do not stay here

Liked:It had a restaurant

Disliked:8 in the morning no hot water, neon sign directly outside the room window with no block out curtains. The noise was terrible, it started early in the went until after 5 in the afternoon. The smell from the bathroom was so bad we had to have the canon all night . We have stayed in Istanbul many many times this is the worst hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in your hotel and in Istanbul.

Liked:The breakfast is very tasty. The location is very good,only it s a bit uphill to the tram. The beds are big and very comfortable. The room,bedding and towels are really clean.

Disliked:Please ,fix the lock in room 304 and TV.

Pictures better than reality

Liked:The location was more than great. Breakfast was alright - good value for the money, but not enough space for all the guests. Also the bad was great.

Disliked:The hotel looked much better in the pictures than it was in reality. The wardrobe in the room was old and crooked. We missed having a normal duvet on the bed, although I know that they sometimes don't use regular duvets. The internet was very weak and there was a smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. Also, the shower was leaking. Occasionally, there was no hot water. Also, be careful which room you choose, because ours was right next to the elevator and it was very noisy every time it was used.
