Liked:Property is comfortable, clean, rooms are specious, location close to Yeditepe University makes is very convenient if you have a student studying at that wonderful university. Staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. If you have any issues in the room they will solve it fast. Breakfast choice is very good, large variety including those who are on diet or vegetarian. This hotel is my and my family’s choice number one in Atasehir.

It was good, it just needs some changes.

Liked:It was really nice to have the option of cooking in the room + the bed was comfortable.

Disliked:Some of the furniture in the room have been misused by uncivilized people. So it would be good if they were replaced… for example: sofa, table, rug. Apart from that, the windows were very stained.

Clean room and good amenities, but poor reception service and maintenance problems affected the stay

Liked:The stay was okay overall. The room was clean, and they provided complimentary tea, coffee, and water.

Disliked:We checked in late at night, and unfortunately the front reception staff were neither friendly nor helpful, which was a real disappointment, especially as I have always found staff in Turkish hotels to be warm, welcoming, and smiling. The toilet in our room felt unstable, almost as if it was about to detach from the wall. Basic toiletries were also missing, giving the impression that cost-cutting had taken priority over guest comfort. We were asked to park on the road despite several clearly visible spaces being available on-site. Even more unusually, we were then asked to hand over the car key, despite the car being parked far away, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient.
