Liked:Location is good, the rooftop restaurant is so cozy and the food so yummy, the satff are very welcoming as well. I recommand it but not with that price

Disliked:I paid 140 euro for the Busphore view and actually its construction view, even at the 10 floor I think you should revise the price

it's not five stars just 4 star

Liked:good location and fantastic pool

Disliked:It's a good hotel, but its five stars are a bit far-fetched. At most, it can be given four stars. The hotel's breakfast is limited and awful. The sheets and bedspreads in the rooms were changed only once during our six-day stay. The so-called five-star hotel doesn't have any small face towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.! They only have a large shampoo bar mounted on the wall!

CAR PARKING AND VALE SERVICE IS NOT INCLUEDED

Liked:There is no coffee machine in rooms ?? You have to pay for the coffee ? I have never seen that before. I stayed many hotels around the world but especially in Turkiye if you book that type of room for that price you expect a tiny coffee machine in room! And also, you have to pay for the carparking? all hotels welcome you on the door and get your car and park BUT in this hotel you have to pay for that?? AND they don't even mention that when you already give the keys to the vale service..... even you park your car yourself you pay for that and the parking area is too badly designed. We spent 15 minutes to park our car. yes come stay in this hotel if you want to be charged for anything .
