Fine. Good location, reasonable price but not the luxury 4* + it’s sold as

Liked:Location’s amazing and the bar staff were lovely! The balcony in our room was incredible too.

Disliked:Very dated, not particularly clean, the cleaning team left dirty glases in the room for a week(!) and rubbish in the halls for just as long. Sheets were pretty dirty and had rips etc, same with towels. Bathroom didn’t smell pleasant. Light hanging out of the roof etc. they had upgraded us as well, can’t imagine what a standard room is like tbh.

Liked:The hotel is in a great location, with lots of cafés and shops nearby. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Disliked:Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to several issues. We had booked an upgraded room for three people, but were given a room intended for two with an extra bed squeezed in. The most uncomfortable part was the bathtub being located in the middle of the room, with almost no privacy. Since we were traveling as a family with a teenage daughter, we had to take turns leaving the room whenever someone wanted to shower. We were offered a move to the correct room the following day, but by then it was no longer practical, as we were leaving that night and did not want to spend our last day packing and moving all our belongings. There were also issues with the room facilities: the hairdryer and refrigerator were not working. The hairdryer was eventually fixed after I reported it, but this happened late in the evening. I simply wanted to dry my hair and go to bed, but instead I had to wait while someone came with tools and worked on it. For just one night, there were simply too many inconveniences and disappointments.

An amazing stay with the perfect location and incredibly friendly staff!"

Liked:We had an amazing stay at the Pera Tulip Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing. It sits right in the heart of the lively Beyoğlu district, meaning we were just a short walk away from the iconic Galata Tower and the bustling shops of İstiklal Avenue. It was so convenient to step outside and instantly be close to so many major attractions without needing a taxi. What made our stay even better was the friendliness of the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel right at home. After a long day of walking around the neighborhood and exploring the local spots, it was wonderful coming back to a hotel with a spa and pool to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the city with great hospitality!
