Super friendly restaurent staff.

Liked:Super friendly staff in the breakfast room made the start to the holiday and each day a real pleasure. The room was always beautifully cleaned. The bed and pillow could have been a little more comfortable but that is personal preference. A little more coffee in the room would have been nice for the coffee in bed in the morning and at the end of the day.

Liked:I don’t know how they rated this hotel as a 5 star hotel!!!! The front desk had only one associate & the elder one had a very bad attitude and he gave me the room that the door lock and the safe both were broken , when I told him instead of saying sorry he was mad at me.The hallway & the breakfast area was very warm . They had a very simple breakfast and most of them were laying there in the warm room for hours, not on the ice or cooling stuff. I couldn’t even eat the breakfast, The towels are all ripped and some of them had holes too. The housekeeper staff & breakfast ladies were very nice.
