Disliked:There was no elevator, you have to walk stairs to 5th floor, Ac wasn’t working, room were not clean, you can barely open the windows .

Liked:I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent — just a short walk from Hagia Sophia. The front desk service was outstanding, and thanks to Fatih, I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are small, but very cozy and, thanks to Elena, exceptionally clean. The breakfast was also very good. Another thing that was especially important and convenient for me was the hotel shuttle service at a very reasonable price. It made my transportation so much easier. Thank you, Fatih, and thank you, Elena, for making my stay so pleasant and comfortable.

Liked:Amazing staff! Fatih was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main attractions. I had no issues with noise at - the windows did a great job blocking outside sounds, including the calls to prayer from the nearby mosque. Wi-Fi was reliable, bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The room was small, but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
