Cleanliness8.5

Generally clean rooms and fresh linen noted, but a few guests reported occasional housekeeping misses (missing towel/slippers, trash not removed) and some older sheets/furniture needing replacement.

Service9.8

Consistently praised staff — friendly, helpful, went above and beyond (held parking, moved reservation, gave strong local recommendations); multiple mentions of warm welcome and attentive service.

Location9.3

Excellent central location near major sights, transport and walking distance to beach; some notes about narrow streets for cars and proximity to train tracks causing occasional noise.

Room Quality8.6

Rooms described as cozy, tidy and with effective aircon and balconies/sea view in some; but some guests noted older furniture and sheets and small room/balcony size.

Amenities9.0

Good practical amenities mentioned (parking included, AC, small fridge in room, laundry service available); lacks elevator which was noted as an issue for older guests.

Value for Money9.6

Multiple guests explicitly praised the hotel as excellent value (several 10/10 for price), highlighting location and included parking as strong value points.

Food and Beverage8.6

Breakfast received mixed feedback — described as excellent and copious by some, while others said it was 'not the best'.

Overall Experience8.6

Overall very positive family-friendly stays with helpful staff and convenient location; minor negatives (noise, occasional housekeeping lapses, no elevator) tempered perfection.

Liked:The staff was polite and fairly professional, and I appreciated that they openly admitted their mistakes. The location is also very good for exploring the historical part of Istanbul.

Disliked:We had booked a Superior Room, but upon arrival, we were given a Standard Double. When we pointed this out, the staff acknowledged the mistake but said no Superior rooms were available for our first night, forcing us to stay in the Standard room. After reading other reviews mentioning that the hotel often upgrades guests upon arrival, I can't help but suspect our assigned room was given away to guests who had paid for a lower category. The next morning around 9:00 AM, we were asked to move our belongings to the new room so they could prepare the old one for new guests. However, when we returned around 1:00 PM, we found our new room's door wide open with all our personal belongings inside, and the room was still uncleaned. We had to wait for them to clean it, which delayed our afternoon plans. To compensate us for these major inconveniences, the hotel offered a complimentary taxi to the airport for 9:00 AM on our departure day. However, when we checked out, no one at reception had any record of this agreement. We had to wait while they called a taxi on the spot, putting us behind schedule for our flight. On a minor note, the TV did not work in either room, and the breakfast service schedule (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM) can be a bit late if you want to beat the crowds or have an early check-out. Overall, while the staff is polite and the location is great, these repeated lapses in organisation and basic safety mean this stay ultimately falls short of a passing grade.

A pleasant stay with cooperative and helpful staff.

Liked:We had a late check-in, and we were also given a free upgrade at the time of check-in upon our arrival. The staff was very cooperative and friendly throughout our stay, always ready to help. They assisted us multiple times, including with money exchange, which made our trip much easier. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Liked:The people working there are fantastic. Special thanks to Zaki who went above and beyond for us. We had car trouble and arrived a day later. They agreed to push the reservation with 1 day with no extra cost. Great recommendations for activites and restaurants in town.

Disliked:Furniture and sheets a bit old. Some need replacement.
