Nice and comfy

Liked:The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious, the bed and pillows super comfy. It had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was a bit scarce for Istanbul in my opinion, but again there was everything essential.

Disliked:Breakfast could offer a bit more variety.

Liked:The location is perfect, in walking distance to Taksim Square and Food Street, as well as the metro station. The staffs in the hotel were very nice and helpful. I booked it because I saw a lot of good reviews on the breadfast, so I already had a high expectation. In fact, it´s okay, but not as I expected.

Disliked:The online communication was poor, nobody answered my questions that I sent when I booked the hotel, just ignored my messages until I arrived at the hotel and did the checkin. I would suggest you to change the beddings and the towels, as I could see stains on the towels and bed sheet, even holes....... The wifi was not stable in the room, and signal was weak.

Liked:I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I arrived late at night and realized I didn’t have an adapter to charge my phone. My battery was already low, so I asked the receptionist if they could help me charge it or direct me to where I could buy a charger nearby. Unfortunately, the staff member (Tamuto) was very rude and unhelpful. He refused to assist me in any way, which made an already stressful situation much worse. The hotel itself also did not meet expectations. The photos online are misleading—the property is small, outdated, and not well maintained. The bathroom had cracks, and the ceiling and wood fixtures looked worn and damaged. Communication was also difficult, as the staff spoke very limited English, and I found it hard to get help when I needed it. Overall, I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
