Excellent stay, great location, and very kind staff, especially Mohamad at reception.

Liked:The location is excellent, with many of Istanbul’s main attractions, restaurants and public transport options within easy reach. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Mohamad at reception, who was always friendly, welcoming and ready to help with any question or request. His attitude made our stay feel much more pleasant and personal.

Disliked:There was nothing major that we disliked during our stay. As with any hotel in a central location, the area can be lively at times, but overall we were very satisfied with the experience.
