Service9.3

Consistently praised staff: friendly, helpful, good English, specific employees commended and provided good local tips; guests reported helpful check-in and willingness to return.

Location9.5

Excellent central location within walking distance of Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi; close to Havaist airport bus stop and praised for easy access to main attractions and rooftop Bosphorus views.

Room Quality8.0

Rooms are generally spacious and comfortable and some guests received upgrades, but there are reports of some rooms being a bit worn, missing small bathroom items, and potential road/noise issues for street-facing rooms.

Pleasant amenities highlighted include a glazed rooftop terrace with Bosphorus views and daily housekeeping; overall amenities are good for the hotel class though not extensive.

Value for Money9.0

Multiple guests noted good price and value for a short stay in this location; generally seen as good value given location and service.

Liked:Very comfortable and very nice staff. Great location as well right next to the Blue Mosque.

Disliked:I think maybe the bed sheets could have been cleaner. Saw a spot or two but nothing major.

Liked:The location was good, close to major touristic objectives, though if you’d want to stay more than 2 days, you don’t have what to do in that area.

Disliked:The breakfast was not so varied. Request a room which does not have windows next to the road. That road is highly used so in the room will be very noisy. Noise caused by cars and people talking next to the Hotel.
