Inadequate place for stay.

Liked:Only the balcony, which also closes at 10:30pm. One good thing.

Disliked:Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. While we understand that some staff members may have limited English proficiency, basic courtesy and willingness to assist guests should still be expected. Unfortunately, the staff were often unresponsive to our questions and, on several occasions, came across as rude. The condition of the hotel was also far below our expectations. Our room was not clean upon arrival, and there were several maintenance issues throughout our stay. The water kept running continuously, the toilet flush was not working properly, and the door lock was faulty. Overall, the room was in poor condition and lacked proper cleanliness. The most concerning incident occurred during breakfast. We were travelling with our 4-year-old daughter, who did not eat anything at breakfast. My mother-in-law therefore took two or three small chicken nuggets in a tissue so our daughter could eat them later in the room. A staff member stopped her, took the nuggets away, and instead of disposing of them, placed them back onto the buffet serving plate. This showed a complete disregard for food hygiene and the health of other guests. Throwing the food away would have been understandable, but returning it to the buffet was unacceptable. We were also concerned about the overall hygiene standards around the hotel. Birds were drinking from the swimming pool and attempting to pick up cutlery from the dining tables, yet the staff appeared unconcerned and took no action. We spent 5 nights and 6 days travelling around Turkey, staying at several different hotels. This was, without question, the worst hotel we experienced. Every other hotel provided excellent service, clean facilities, and warm, welcoming, and helpful staff. Unfortunately, due to the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and serious hygiene concerns, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
