The hotel should be renovated, disinfected and cleaned well. More food options should be offered at the breakfast

Liked:The view was beautiful. Housekeeping was coming everyday. It would be better if scrambled eggs would be offered at breakfast every day. The location is very close to the historic center!

Disliked:There were BED BUGGS!!!!!!! We detected them immediately and we got a better room. Bedbugs live in the building which is placed the closest to the Bosporus. The area was not beautiful and looked scary. The hotel is placed on the hill, so it’s hard to go upstairs. The common areas were unpleasant (dirty pool, broken furniture), the hotel is old. Furniture was decrepit.
