Could Improve

–Occasional noise reported by some guests

Cleanliness8.6

Repeated comments praising cleanliness ("muy limpio", "stanze pulite", "bathroom clean") indicate strong housekeeping standards with only minor ventilation concerns mentioned.

Service8.6

Numerous reviews praise staff by name and describe exceptionally helpful, attentive service (staff dropped forgotten items, helped with early arrivals, thoughtful gestures for a child).

Location9.0

Many guests highlight an excellent, central location within walking distance of Sultanahmet and major attractions; frequently described as 'spectacular' and 'very well located.'

Room Quality8.0

Rooms are generally described as comfortable, clean and with great views; a few mentions of occasional noise and limited bathroom ventilation lower the score slightly.

Amenities8.3

Positive mentions of rooftop restaurant with panoramic views, Turkish hammam, hotel shuttle and useful facilities; overall amenities seen as a strength though some guests did not use all services.

Value for Money8.2

Several guests call the stay 'brilliant value' (including deals/free nights) and note reasonable shuttle/taxi pricing; overall perceived as good value for the offering.

Food and Beverage8.2

Breakfast buffet repeatedly praised as excellent and varied; rooftop restaurant menu noted positively though fewer guests reported dining there.

Overall Experience8.3

Overall recommendations are strong with multiple guests saying they'd return or recommend the hotel; minor issues (noise, ventilation, 'old style' decor) slightly temper a highly positive experience.

Liked:Business trip. Rush, call, rush... and this hotel, its like a breath of fresh air. Just turn off the phone and you will sleep safe and comfortable. And in the morning, just go to a sea, take some fruit juce, breath, feel alive. Gracias, Omer! Really appreciate your help with my baggage and all the other stuff.

Great location and wonderful staff

Liked:The hotel is located just minutes away from the major attractions. However, be prepared to do quite a bit of walking, including up and down some hills. The building is old, but the rooms are mostly renovated. The room size was decent for a short stay, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel has a lovely backyard sitting area, which became my family’s favourite place to relax. The hotel staff were amazing, welcoming, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.
