+Nice pool and rooftop terrace/restaurant with views
+Generally clean rooms and good room service

Could Improve

–Thin walls and noise (including early morning mosque call)

Cleanliness8.8

Generally reported as clean in multiple reviews, though isolated issues noted (stained sheets, an unclean towel in one report). Overall cleanliness is good but not flawless.

Service9.7

Repeatedly praised: staff described as very friendly, reliable and exceptionally helpful (named staff Faruk and Shaihinez highlighted). Night staff and reception service made strong positive impressions.

Location9.2

Consistently praised for central location: close to metro, tram, Sultanahmet and Grand Bazaar; excellent public transport connections and convenient surroundings.

Room Quality7.5

Mixed: rooms are described as clean with good views, but several guests reported thin walls and noise (including early mosque call), and one guest noted bedding issues; room comfort is decent but soundproofing is weak.

Amenities9.0

Amenities are a strong point: large/enjoyable pool, rooftop terrace/restaurant with views, and generally good on-site facilities noted by several guests.

Value for Money8.8

Perceived as good value overall—guests mention reasonable price and willingness to return; no widespread complaints about pricing.

Food and Beverage7.4

Mixed to negative comments about breakfast (many guests found it lacking or average); restaurant food and rooftop drinks receive positive mentions, but breakfast quality lowered the score.

Liked:Good location. Comfortable and clean.

Disliked:Staff could have been a little more helpful. Rather ridiculous that I had to pay the airport taxi far in cash.

Positive impression

Liked:- Excellent location. It is a 20–30-minute walk to Hagia Sophia and the historic city center. - We chose a room with a mosque view, and it was definitely the best decision. The view was beautiful and added a special touch to our stay. - A great restaurant on the 6th floor. It was very convenient to have such a nice dining option right in the hotel. - Decent breakfast. I requested gluten-free bread, and the kitchen staff were very helpful and accommodated my request without any issues. - Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was welcoming and always happy to assist.

Disliked:The room could use some updating. Although it looked fine overall, we would have appreciated a fresher and more modern appearance. The bathroom floor was not very clean. The window was broken. The double bed was made by pushing two single beds together, which was not particularly comfortable.
