Liked:We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to Galata Tower and surrounded by many good restaurants. The hotel itself is modern, with new and very comfortable facilities. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, without exception — from the housekeeping staff and waiters to the front desk team and the staff who helped us with recommendations and tips about the city. We felt very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was also excellent and is served on the rooftop, which has a wonderful view over the Golden Horn. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again.

Disliked:The room was fully modernized, with excellent bathroom facilities, although it could have been a little more spacious. That said, when visiting Istanbul you spend most of your time exploring the city and basically use the room to sleep, so for us it really wasn’t a big deal.

Liked:Everything- rooms were lovely and breakfast was amazing. The staff were great- especially Ozge, Esme, Ismail and Sabri! They couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay even better. Thank you all. We would recommend to anyone.

Construction Site and Noise !!!

Liked:The hotel room was clean and well pointed

Disliked:Room 401 view to a construction site , no warning from hotel prior booking , loud drilling and banging for the whole booking from 7.45am until 5.30pm every day workers next to the window almost staring in curtains constantly drawn, paid for balcony that we could not use , dust and dirt when you open the window !!! I am very disappointed that the hotel or booking.com had no warning , if we knew then we would never booked !!! Only compensation was to move us on the last day we were leaving early next morning, still waiting for the GM to speak to me and offer compensation?

Perfect for a city break and a great little boutique hotel

Liked:The location is absolutely ideal and the balcony in our room had a stunning view, one of the best I’ve seen!

Disliked:The rooms were a little small but we weren’t in there a lot
