Liked:The location was absolutely exceptional, I enjoyed how the hotel is very conveniently close to Marmaray and tram lines. The breakfast was great, I liked it very much. The staff was kind, the rooms were always cleaned, and there's a coffeeshop right outside the hotel, which is a big plus for me! My only gripe is that the coffeeshop closes too early.

Disliked:We were not provided with tooth brushes. The sound insulation for room is weak, can be troubling for light sleepers, since the street never seems to sleep and there's always construction happening outside the facility. Finally, the rooms may feel a bit cramped for 2 people with a lot of luggage.

Great room and staff, poor breakfast

Liked:Bed comfortable. Rooms clean and well designed. Bathroom great with strong showerhead and pressure. Room had AC. Towels always smelt fresh and they always re-stocked the water! Friendly and helpful staff

Disliked:Breakfast could be improved on in terms of freshness and quality. Having eaten at other Turkish hotel breakfasts, this was the worst. Cheeses not fresh, midges flying over food. Rather ate breakfast outside of the hotel

Liked:We had a 5 day stay and it was exactly what we needed! The location as perfect, a short walk to most places and just up the road from the trams and ferries also the metro is next door. The staff are all very amazing I didn’t catch all of their names but Bekir is a legend and very accommodating. I proposed to my partner and I contacted the euro design team via WhatsApp and he was on shift, I asked him to buy flowers and to decorate room and he did and got a cake and balloons very very nice! There’s another worker a tall man, I didn’t get his name but he’s very helpful he borrowed me his Istanbulcard for our stay and said it has free travel on there due to it being Bayram, we spoke and compared our daily average steps haha. When come back to Istanbul , I will be staying here again and also if anyone I know asks for a hotel recommendation it will be EURO DESIGN. Thank you all so much

Disliked:I wish the fridge in the room kept our drinks a little more colder but that’s all.
