ERK Hotel Great Experience

Liked:The staff is very kind, especially the cleaners and the front desk lady during the day. The location is the best possible.

An uncomfortable rip-off-ish feel

Liked:It was clean, the location is great

Disliked:I didn't like the noise from the other guests that could be heard late at night when they would come back drunk, I didn't like that the staff issues the wrong invoice 3 times in order to avoid paying taxes and that they deliberately tried to give us a smaller room and we paid for a bigger one. In general they are very falsly kind and I was constantly on the look out for a rip-off. Furthermore I feel like they only pretend to understand English well. The breakfast room is small and it gets crowded easily and then getting coffee is an ordeal. One of the staff members is always there to facilitate the process however in a cramped space he is only adding to chaos and I felt uncomfortable being constantly monitored.
