Everything was excellent.

Liked:Everything went on smoothly, from the check in to the check out. The Customer care service was good, they helped me with carrying of baggage, they were very friendly and responded on time whenever i needed assistance. The hotel is close to the Tram station, Grand Bazaar, and many shopping areas around it. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom facilities are top notch. I would stay here again and again

Disliked:The breakfast. I wish it was more continental and different over the days. The menu looked the same to me. However, despite this, i enjoyed my stay.
