Excellent Location, Good Customer Service

Liked:Excellent location! I spent 4 nights in a twin room on the first floor at Elanez Hotel in September 2025 The staff are very friendly & make you feel welcome. The location is excellent, just round the corner from the hustle & bustle of Istanbul but I couldn’t hear any of it from the room which was fab! Most things are in walking distance which is amazing, just 15 mins to Sultanahmet Square with Topkapi Palace & Hagai Sofia etc. If you want to venture further out the T1 tram is a few minutes walk away. The room is large with a twin bed, sofa, fridge, tv, good air con & a bathroom. The bathroom is a good size but a bit run down & there were ants. The shower pressure is good but sometimes there is no water for half an hour, I think this is an Istanbul issue though not the hotel. WiFi is good & strong. There aren’t many plug sockets which isn’t ideal. Breakfast was nice with 3 hot options each day boiled eggs, omelette & then chips or pepperoni it changed each day. There is also salad, cheese, meats, fruit, bread, jams & spreads. Fruit juices & hot drinks. Lots of supermarkets & restaurants nearby it is the perfect location. Worth staying for the central Istanbul location as long as you don’t mind a few things not perfect.
