Liked:I stayed at this hotel in May 2026 for a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were helpful, courteous, and always willing to assist. As a vegetarian, I particularly appreciated their efforts to accommodate my dietary preferences. While the menu had a few vegetarian options, the team also went out of their way to help wherever possible. Since my flight was departing later in the day, the staff kindly extended my stay by a few hours, ensuring I was comfortable until it was time to leave. Special thanks to Medine and Kemal for their kindness, consideration, and warm hospitality. Their support made my stay even more enjoyable.

Disliked:had AED 2,000 (approximately €467) stolen from my room during a three night stay in May 2026. The cash was in a zipped wallet that I left in the room on the Friday. CCTV shows me leaving the hotel with the wallet on Thursday evening, and on Friday I left with a separate bag. I checked out on Saturday morning at 8am and never left the hotel with the wallet at any other point. The two larger notes were taken and a smaller note in the same wallet was left behind. I raised this with the hotel and was offered a free night as compensation. I was there for a wedding and will not be returning to Istanbul, so this meant nothing to me. I then escalated to the General Manager, who formally refused my claim and suggested I should have used the in-room safe. The theft was deliberate and targeted. Leaving notes in a zipped wallet is not negligence. To make matters worse, when I tried to escalate my complaint I was given three different email addresses by the guest relations supervisor, which delayed me from reaching the General Manager. I cannot say whether this was intentional but it is deeply concerning. This is not a one-off. At least two other guests have reported theft from their rooms at this property in recent months. In one case the hotel checked their own CCTV and confirmed only housekeeping had been in the room. Every complaint has received the same copy-pasted response and nothing has been done. I have escalated this to Hilton corporate. Avoid leaving anything of value in your room at this hotel.
