Liked:The location was perfect! It was close to the ferry and tram stations, as well as Galata Tower. The staff were amazing and very helpful with recommendations and arrangements for local tours and restaurants.

Poor customer service

Liked:Customer service could be much better. Our travel agent advised us that they had arranged for a late check out. However I received a call from the reception in a very loud agitated voice that we needed to check out immediately and the call was rudely cut off while I was explaining the situation. Maybe Marriott Bonvoy needs to retrain their staff regarding common courtesy. Also we were there in the heat of summer but the cooling system was very poor. Breakfast is also outside the hotel in the next building which is about a 5 minute uphill walk.

Service at Galata

Liked:The most exciting thing about our visit is meeting three guys, Noya, Furkan and Alp. They are absolutely amazing and provided us with all info needed. Moreover, they helped us change rooms at night. They deserve to be promoted and cheered! Thank you.
