Liked:We had a lovely stay at Cher Hotel & Spa and actually stayed here at both the beginning and the end of our trip. The location was great, and the room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the hotel, and they were kind enough to securely store our luggage for a few days while we travelled.

Disliked:Our second leg booking had failed the first time we initiated booking so we had to re-book. The money from the bank was deducted twice but sadly we have got no response from booking.com regarding a refund of the failed booking and it's been a month. We hope Cher Hotel or Booking.com looks into this on priority.

Liked:The Staff were friendly. the front office staff guide me wher to get foods and how to see the major attractions all . The Breakfast Good enough . Tasty

Disliked:The Air Condition was not enough cooling ..But it was okey .They didn't put the Dental kit in the Room , and after I had to ask , It's named star Hotel and please take care small things like this . The rest are very good
