Excellent

Liked:I stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and our 7-year-old son, and we had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, directly opposite Sirkeci Marmaray Station and very centrally located, making it easy to get around Istanbul. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is excellent. We also really appreciated the complimentary water: there were 10 bottles waiting for us in the minibar, and whenever we needed more, the staff happily provided them. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and customer-focused, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We have visited Istanbul many times, but this has definitely become one of our favorite hotels in the city. We would happily stay here again and look forward to coming back!
