Liked:The Staff is incredible. Turkish courtesy and professionalism at its best. The manager Osman is impressive in the way he handles the customers as well as the concierge team. Uğur is your best ambassador to the city best places.

Raising the next gen of Kempinski lovers.

Liked:Absolutely wonderful, best service I had in a while. When we came back to the room next to every book a little bookmark, spray to clean my glasses next to them and the list goes on. The bathroom was marvellous. The room even more. The service was great and the staff acts as a team, when we went to a restaurant that was already closed we got walked to the open restaurant, the lady seated us and gave us menu cards. Everyone’s goal here is for the costumer to have the best experience and we did.

Disliked:The high bar it sets for the next hotels I go to.

Liked:Majestic hotel. Wonderful view of the bosphorus. Lots of facilities.

Disliked:Location not great to get anywhere apart from taxis. Weddings are extremely noisy. Kept us up until 4pm one night.
