A tiny hotel with friendly staff

Liked:The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I arrived early in the morning, and my room wasn't ready. I left the heavy luggage at the reception desk and went for a walk. When I returned, I found all my luggage already in the room. The location is on the secondary road, close to the main boulevard. It is an excellent location: far from the noise of the main street, but close enough to the tram line.

Disliked:No significant flaws or deficiencies to comment on. The main drawbacks stem from the fact that, for a 4-star hotel (as they claim to be), the room was quite small, and the breakfast lacked variety (though it was good and included all the basics). I also had an issue with the team that came to check the TV set. They literally broke into my room despite the 'Do not disturb' sign, which was on my door, and despite the fact that I was in my underwear during the entire checking process. Nothing to be afraid of: they just wanted to have their job done. Under no circumstances. So if you value strict privacy, consider booking elsewhere. Besides these issues, everything was ok. That is why I would recommend the hotel despite the small incidents and the fact that it didn't meet my expectations: it was good value for money, and I felt safe during my stay. One just needs to be prepared for what to expect.
