The rating doesn't match reality at all

Liked:Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, Hi there, I'm writing to file a complaint about my recent stay. The experience was honestly terrible. You can check my account history — this is the first time I've ever left a negative review. I usually either leave a good review or say nothing at all. I'm taking the time to write this long review mainly to help other travelers avoid making the same mistake. Here's what I'd like to raise: 1. The rating doesn't match reality at all This hotel has a fairly high rating on Booking.com, but my actual stay was nowhere near that level. I think Booking.com should re-examine this property's rating and reassess it fairly, so an inflated score doesn't keep misleading customers. 2. The photos don't reflect the actual condition The promotional photos on the website look quite different from what I found in person. I'd suggest asking the hotel to upload more honest, realistic images, so guests don't end up booking based on a false impression. 3. The ECO room type is seriously misleading For anyone considering the ECO Bedroom: please check carefully before booking — the room is only 19 square meters. And the worst part? Rooms on the 1st to 3rd floors have windows that open directly onto a concrete wall, which the hotel tries to cover up with plastic plants. A room like that is basically windowless. The ventilation, lighting, and overall feel are awful — yet it's sold as a regular room. That, frankly, is deceptive. 4. The invoice issue Lastly, I'd like the hotel to send me my invoice as soon as possible. On the day I checked out, I deliberately went to the front desk half an hour early. After waiting for half an hour, I still didn't get the invoice — all I was told was that it would be "emailed to me later." An invoice is a basic consumer right, so I'd ask Booking.com to push the hotel to sort this out quickly.
