Staff lovely. Room not good.

Liked:The staff are so lovely and so accommodating, always willing to help and super friendly. The location is very close to hagia sofia and blue mosque, which is really good if you want to do those attractions.

Disliked:The room is tiny. The wifi didn’t work in our room, and on top of that there is also very bad service, so we couldn’t use our phones in our room. The bathroom stinks and has no vent. The breakfast is extremely basic. The safe doesn’t work and the air conditioning makes a clicking noise all night. Also there is a restaurant outside and the waiters will harass you to eat there every day. For one person the room would be okay, but anything more than one person and it is very cramped.

Liked:Centrally located in Sultanahmet, only 5-10 minutes walk to trams, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia. The staff were very helpful and friendly, doing all possible to make our stay pleasant

Disliked:The room was miniscule, but at such reasonable rates, didn't concern us too much. We were only there to sleep, basically

Liked:The hospitality of all the staff. They made us feel at home with their warmth especially for Yesim who was very helpful in giving us directions on how to go around in the city. We love the travel souvenirs.
