Liked:Location around Galata Tower is convenient with eateries, cafes, Istiklal St and public transport. However we found mould inside 3 fridge shelving. We notified staff and housekeeping cleaned it. Next day the main light in the bathroom stopped working. We stilled used the bathroom using the secondary mirror light. We mentioned this to staff , but it never got fixed.

Liked:Great location, lots of coffee shops and pubs nearby, about a 5 minute walk to start of Istiklal. Ibo, our night time concierge and his counterpart in the morning are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and clean. Looks a bit more dated than the website pictures but everything is functional. No cold A/C because it is wintertime but we are able to open the windows. Set breakfast is available every morning and can be eaten at the dining hall downstairs or delivered to your room. We would come back and stay in this hotel if we go back to Istanbul!
