Perfect vacation, will definately come again

Liked:Rooms very clean and luxurious. Food is delicious and the variety is infinite (from Albanian cuisine to Italian, Mediteranean to western-American). Staff friendly and professional, they look to attend to your every need as expeditely as possible. Lots of cool things to do inside the resort and places to chill.

Disliked:It isnt about the hotel. Book a taxi in advance if you want to travel outside the hotel (to Durres, Tirana, the airport) there are no taxi stations in the vicinity and it usually takes the taxi 40 mins to arrive.

Liked:Great location, clean see, friendly staff at front desk and restaurant.

Disliked:Overpriced for what it is, very poorly designed from cheap materials, AC wasn’t working in my room and after asking - nobody came to fix it. I asked for breakfast box, because I was leaving earlier - this box was just an apple and ham & cheese sandwich, although I asked to make it without pork. You pay 500 eur a night, and you can’t even get a second towel on the beach. Beach is not private and not secure.

Disliked:The noise level. Whilst we had some shield - we spent virtually all of our time at Level which has a beautifully located small pool - it is a very noisy hotel that in my view is best suited for families who enjoy noisy environments. We enjoy peaceful hotel settings and your hotel is not suitable for us.
