Liked:We just wrapped up a conference/multi-day meeting here at the NYLO and are super impressed with the level of service throughout the planning process and certainly with the execution. The food provided by the hotel was excellent and the service was even better. Eddie, V, Fatima and Judi (who wasn't even staffed to help us, just went above and beyond!) made sure we were well taken care of. They handled last minute requests and changes with ease. What makes great hospitality is the ability to pivot and work with the guests and this crew absolutely did so. I really appreciate how great the NYLO was for our group and will be using them for future conferences!
