Not a positive experience

Liked:Location was good, atmosphere was old looking, rooms not well maintained, we had dirty bedding saw bugs and there was no pots to cook with. The dishes were put away wet and dirty. Just a horrible experience. This is nothing I expected from a Hyatt.we are Hyatt members and have stayed at quite a few this one was by far the worst. ]

Fan of Hyatt but not pleased with Hyatt House Las Colinas

Liked:The experience at Hyatt House Las Colinas was unacceptable. Our family booked a Trio Suite and the condition of the room was very disappointing. Feedback provided directly to site management and corporate to ensure rooms are adequately cleaned prior to guests entering. Attached pictures speaks for itself. I’m a very pleased World of Hyatt member but this reservation forced me to relocate to the Grand Hyatt. We recently booked at the Hyatt House New Orleans and had very high expectations for Las Colinas

Liked:Location to everything in the city

Disliked:Rude staff, dirty room (dust, mold, bugs). Room looked very neglected.
