Hyatt House Las Colinas Has Everything I Needed - Great Place!

Liked:I needed a hotel with a laundry room, full kitchen, a great gym, and a hot tub. Finding all four of those amenities in one place can be surprisingly difficult, but the Hyatt House Las Colinas absolutely hit it out of the park. It checked every box I was looking for and made my stay both comfortable and productive. The Hyatt House Las Colinas is conveniently located only about 15 minutes from the DFW terminals and approximately 15 minutes from downtown Dallas, making the location ideal. I also appreciated the variety of restaurants, shops, and businesses nearby that allowed me to balance work and downtime without having to travel far. The rooms are huge and clearly designed with longer-term stays in mind, offering plenty of space to spread out and feel at home. The gym is equipped with everything you need to stay fit, and I was impressed by the variety of equipment available. The pool and hot tub were a real treat and provided the perfect way to relax after a long day. Amenities like these made the hotel feel less like a temporary stop and more like a place where I could comfortably settle in for an extended visit. I am so glad I chose this hotel and will absolutely stay here again for future extended trips.

Terrible hotel.

Liked:Terrible. Do not stay here. Unsafe. The AC didn't not work. Carpet was soaked from what seems to be the AC units. The kitchen had no glasses or cups or utensils. Grounds were dirty and trashy. Not what is expected from a Hyatt.

Liked:The rooms are huge. They were well stocked and clean. The amenities were awesome but if you want that free breakfast you got to get there before 9. Everyone that works here is super nice. And the bunnies running around the grass was a bonus. I definitely recommend this place
