Spaceous for my family & water was super warm, but overall a great lazy river experience!

Liked:Condo was awesome ~ loved the extra room and all the extras ~ Fridge with Freezer all the comforts of home.

Disliked:Booked with Booking.com and it said internet/Wi-Fi included ~ but it actually WAS NOT included. Had to pay for it!!! They tried to set us up for a tour/selling us timeshare/vacation purchase. When I declined ~ I did not get the Welcome gift and other things listed on a paper that I was told I had to use to check in. They were respectful and tried several times to get me to sign up or go to the presentation. Bummed we couldn't enjoy the lazy river without a innertube.

We read some good reviews, but ultimately were disappointed in our stay and won’t return.

Liked:The room was spacious, and check out was very easy

Disliked:The room was very dirty, bathrooms had hair everywhere, it looked like there was some kind of brown stain on the wall near the toilet paper, toilets had stains in them, floors were dirty, which made our daughters feet dirty when they walked on it.the lights flickered on and off our entire stay in our room. The pool area was very crowded and the water was murky and hot. Very off putting. We found clumps of hair everywhere and saw band aids floating on several occasions.

I would definitely go again, but I would be in line when the gate opened for the pool to grab a seat

Liked:The bedding was awesome! I went to relax, and I had a great night sleep.

Disliked:I didn’t like the fact that people got up at the crack of Dan and saved pool seats that they didn’t sit in till four hours later leaving us that only wanted to spend a couple hours at the pool unable to find seating

Liked:Pool in the heat. Lazy river. Maintenance was prompt and responsive. Larry was very helpful and quick to address our issues. He is an asset to the company and was able to fix a table in one room and remote in another, including battery and programming it.

Disliked:The cabana we booked wasn't ready when we got there. I could have sworn they used to have a swamp cooler too.
