Great location, but poor cleanliness on arrival and a faulty door keypad made for a disappointing stay

Disliked:Unfortunately, our stay got off to a disappointing start because the apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The floor was sticky, and we even found broken glass hidden under a carpet, which was a serious safety concern. There was also a piece of cheese left on the floor, and the oven had not been cleaned. In addition, we experienced problems with the door keypad, making access to the apartment more difficult than it should have been. Overall, the apartment has potential, but the lack of cleanliness and the access issues significantly affected our experience. I hope these problems are addressed for future guests.

The location have issues with theft and car jackings.

Liked:The apartment was fine. Everything seemed to be in very good standings.

Disliked:The only issue I had was parking. My 2015 Silverado was stolen from a in closed parking lot. I've endured damaged to my car and over $4000 of tools stolen from my truck. My wife's items and my sons items was also stolen.

Extremely classy and beautiful!

Liked:Jennifer’s place was exceptional! Very well kept and a luxurious feeling as soon as you walk in. Everything was very clean and the entire unit and bedding/towels smelled wonderful. The views of downtown are incredible and I love her LED light table. It look amazing at night. Jennifer was super helpful and responsive during my stay. She has a wonderful folder with the rules and a welcome greeting. The complimentary bottle of wine is a classy touch!! Definitely worth the value, I will be staying again should I need to!
