Liked:This place is terrible.

Disliked:Avoid booking here. There are other hotels in the area that are better. Had issues with my room and the hotel was not able to resolve the issue. Had problems with booking.com and the hotel to issue a refund. Ended up needing to book a room last minute at the comfort inn down the street. Comfort Inn.was under construction but was 100% better than La Quinta.

Avoid booking at this location

Liked:Nothing, it was a bad hotel. Avoid booking here.

Disliked:Air conditioner was not working. They attempted to give me another room and the lock was broken. I contacted booking.com to initiate a refund. Was stuck in a horrible loop of blaming between booking.com and the hotel to have a refund issued. I left the hotel thinking a refund had been issued and needed to scramble to book another hotel last minute for my family. Neither booking.com or the hotel issued a refund and I needed to contact my credit card company to have the issue resolved. I have filed complaints against booking.com and La Quinta through their customer service.
