Stressful

Liked:Beautiful apartment very comfortable

Disliked:Booked under downtown gem was not the name of the motel people we called the lady was ridiculous. . Finally after 2 hours of driving around the man we got was a huge help but made the trip very stressful. Then no one told us how to check out. Wanted additional 54.00 to get my car out so then it was on the phone again. Like I said very stressful.
