Enjoyed our stay there staff on front desk excellent Bianca and Martines dinning room very good

Liked:Quieter than the Bonanza Playa where we stayed last year

Disliked:Housekeeping wasn’t very good We were on the 5th that hasn’t been updated like the other floors so the carpets are well worn Sun loungers are very uncomfortable as there are no cushions on them

Your guest service manager is super nice

Liked:Swimming pool, breakfast and all facilities are perfect. 10 minutes walk from beach, parking is 18€ per night, bus station is in front of hotel. Swimming pool is open until 8pm. And dinner was amazing I missed the foods 😭

Disliked:Only Matthias who works at reception was rude, the rest all staffs so kind and helpful, we enjoyed and we appreciated it for everything

Beautiful gardens and pool area, excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Would stay again.

Liked:Lovely reception area and restaurant. Breakfast was amazing, and so much choice. Pool and garden areas very lovely. Very comfortable bed and ever so clean. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming.

Disliked:We had a bungalow that was lovely, the decor just abit dated and tired, main corridor areas would benefit modernising.

Liked:The view was great. We were on the 5th floor with a sea view. The windows and balcony were great. Beds were comfy. We managed to get a kettle for the room which was a game-changer. The friendly helpful staff. Bus stop right outside the door.

Disliked:No evening meal available at the hotel despite the website saying it was. The pool bars also stopped serving snacks after 5:00pm The smell rising up from the drains in the bathroom was at times overpowering. The stone sitting area being shut and no chairs available to sit in the gardens.
