Avoid this filthy property at al lcost

Liked:The place might have looked nice 50 years ago. Today it is dated and awefully awefully filthy.
Disliked:I can not recommend this place at all and should like to advise everyone to steer clear of this disgustingly filthy place. It has not been cleaned properly for months. The bathroom was so dirty we could not be inclined to shower there. The carpets haven't been vacuumed for a long time. The bedlinens have not been changed since they were last passionately used - there was still the sperm of the previous guest. Absolutely horrid experience! The apartment itself is in a dismal building. The elevator doesn't work. The building does have a "concierge", but I have never encountered a worse one. When told about the dirty linens he pointed at the cupboard with some clean linens and suggested I should change them myself. The door of the apartment does not close properly unless you lock it up. The toilet flush is broken. I spend 70+ nights per year in different hotels/b&Bs and the like, but I have never encountered a worse place than this I contacted both booking and the property owner. He assured me I would get all my money back for this terrible experience, but I never did. I received 45 Euros and am still waiting for the remaining 58 Euros. I am tired of waiting now and have involved my credit card company for a refund. We ended up sleeping in our sleeping bags on the sofa, because that was the least dirty place in the apartment. Horrid experience. Don't be fooled by the good ratings as I was. I don't understand where they come from.

the location is great , staff was excellent , nice apartment with everything needed for us , only down fall was the clea

Liked:the property was in a good location very nice and cosy with the aircon
Disliked:the property could have been cleaner it felt like the apartment had not been cleaned properly for a long time which was disappointing as the rest of the apartment was fine
