Fantastic value, exceptionally friendly staff and a great all-round base for a stay in Ibiza.

Liked:Having stayed at several different accommodations around Ibiza, this was easily one of the most enjoyable and seamless experiences. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming across the board, from reception to housekeeping, and genuinely some of the nicest we encountered on the island. The room exceeded expectations – very clean, spacious and in great condition, with a large balcony and useful kitchenette including a hob, sink and fridge. We also thought it represented very good value for money considering the time of year. Even when we missed housekeeping, the staff were more than happy to provide fresh towels and bath mats. The pool was a good size, there is a small gym, and the facilities after check-out were particularly useful. Having a lounge area as well as showers and changing facilities available after checking out made our final day much easier and is something not every hotel offers.

Disliked:Very little to complain about. The pool area itself is fairly simple and perhaps not as impressive as some of the nesarby hotels on the island, but it was still perfectly adequate and did the job. Also, perhaps there could be more sun loungers for guests around the pool.

Liked:Great location and very friendly, helpful staff. We loved the relaxed atmosphere. Our flight was delayed and I arrived very late, but I was warmly welcomed and everything was handled perfectly. I had a lovely stay!
