Liked:What I did like: • The breakfast was excellent overall. • Mar at the reception desk was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. She was one of the few staff members who genuinely made us feel welcome. • Entry to the parties was very smooth, with no waiting in long lines and no unnecessary checks of drinks.

Disliked:What I did not like: • The reception staff were generally unfriendly and rarely smiled or made guests feel welcome. • One receptionist told me there was no manager available, which later turned out not to be true. • The answer to almost every request seemed to be “no” or “we don’t have that.” • No complimentary water was provided in the room. • We asked for a cup at the gym and were told none were available. • We requested a luggage rack and were told the hotel did not have one. • When I asked for an iced coffee, I was simply given coffee, milk, and ice and told to prepare it myself.. • The overall atmosphere often felt stressful rather than welcoming. • Housekeeping did not consistently refill the hand soap and body lotion after cleaning the room. • There were visible stains and cleanliness issues on the pillows. • The shower flooded the bathroom floor. • We experienced problems with the room door lock. • There was an unfortunate incident regarding medication that was handled poorly. • We also experienced a separate issue related to our room, which added further frustration to our stay. • The parties were extremely overcrowded. • In many areas of the venue, it was difficult or impossible to actually see the stage.

Disliked:My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful, which negatively affected the overall experience. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for items from the minibar. When I brought the issue to their attention, instead of resolving it promptly, the staff argued with me and questioned the mistake. Only after a lengthy discussion did they finally agree to refund the duplicate charge. Mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled showed a lack of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
