Liked:We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, and the view from our rooms was absolutely marvelous. The rooms was very clean and comfortable, and the beach was nice and enjoyable. The animation team was fantastic and really made our stay more fun and enjoyable. Almost all of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay.

Disliked:The food was unfortunately a major disappointment. The way it was prepared needed significant improvement. We and other guests also had an unpleasant experience with the chef responsible for the snacks, whose attitude toward guests was not professional or welcoming.

Liked:Mr. Awny the reception manager was a good guy and very helpful. The reception team " Alaa, El tayeb" were decent. The food was good but almost the same stuff everyday. Barely you can tell any difference. The beach is okay. In general I and my wife, we had a good experience.

A pleasant stay overall, with a wonderful animation team and staff, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

Liked:The animation team and the staff were definitely the highlight of our stay. I would especially like to thank one of the animation team members who noticed that my daughter was in danger of drowning and immediately stepped in to help her. I truly appreciate his quick response and kindness.

Disliked:There are a few areas that I believe could be improved. The service sometimes felt a little slow, as we usually had to request things before receiving them, including towel cards for the children. The Wi-Fi was mentioned as free in the booking, but we were informed that it was only available at the reception, and the connection was quite weak. There was also very limited mobile network coverage in the rooms, which made communication difficult. We had specifically requested a pool-view room so we could keep an eye on our children, but unfortunately the room we received had no view of the pool at all.

I would like to give my deepest thanks to one of the animation team members who noticed that my daughter was in danger of drowning and immediately jumped in to save her.
