Extremely BAD!!!

Liked:Unfortunately, there was not a single aspect of this property that we were satisfied with. From the overall condition of the accommodation to the smallest details, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I can genuinely say that this was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had.

Disliked:This was, without a doubt, one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. Unfortunately, the property looked nothing like what was presented in the photos, and the reality was extremely disappointing. I was also surprised by the positive comments about the staff. The person at reception was extremely disrespectful and dismissive towards me. When I asked questions, he would barely acknowledge me, avoid answering properly, sigh heavily and speak to me in a mocking manner. This made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. When we made the reservation, we were informed that a free airport transfer was included. However, when we later asked about it, we were told that there was no such service and it was cancelled. If this service is not actually available, I do not understand why it was advertised when we made our booking. We were also told that free Wi-Fi was available, yet we were never provided with the password. The cleanliness was by far the most disturbing part of our stay. The bathroom was in an unacceptable condition. The bathtub had been left filled with dirty water and had clearly not been properly cleaned. There was dirt and hair inside, and the soap/shampoo holder in the shower area was broken and left on the floor. The bed sheets were also extremely dirty and did not appear to have been changed before our arrival. I have included photos showing the condition of the bathroom, bathtub and bedding. Overall, there was a serious lack of basic hygiene and cleanliness throughout the property. The accommodation did not match the photos or the expectations created by the listing. We were extremely disappointed with our stay and, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property.

Liked:The main swimming pool was nice, and some of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked:What I didn’t like: Almost everything else. The hotel photos and room descriptions are completely misleading. The apartment we received was nowhere near the advertised 160 m², had no sea view, no washing machine, and no microwave. The beach also looks nothing like the pictures. The management was not honest or helpful when we raised these issues, and the extra bed for my daughter was broken with a folded blanket used as a mattress!!! Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing.

Bad stay; did not matched my trip plan

Disliked:"I booked an apartment based on the photos online, which looked modern and appealing. However, upon arrival, we were given a completely different and outdated apartment. We are a family of five, including an adult son and daughter, but we were given only two bedrooms with double beds, making the sleeping arrangements very uncomfortable and impractical for our family setup. To resolve this, the front desk provided an additional separate studio in another building for the first two nights. For the remaining two days, they moved us to a more spacious apartment, but it had the exact same bedding issue (two bedrooms with double beds). The resort manager kindly came to apologize and offered a complimentary meal at the restaurant, but we couldn't take it as we had already arranged our departure plans. To be fair, the management and staff were very polite, friendly, and tried to help. However, the overall service and accommodations did not match what was advertised, and the stay was definitely overpriced for the experience we received

Liked:The worst experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were not friendly at all. We were also forced to pay more than the amount shown on our Booking.com reservation, with the excuse that the hotel uses its own exchange rate, even though Booking.com clearly states that foreign guests should pay in the foreign currency rather than Egyptian pounds. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is also not directly on the beach as advertised. If you want to access the beach, you are asked to pay an additional fee, while other hotels provide their guests with a free access card to a nearby private beach. The cleanliness was extremely poor, as you can clearly see in the photos. There were ants everywhere, some of the faucets were broken, and the furniture was old and badly worn out. There are three outdoor swimming pools, but unfortunately, they were not clean, and they close at 7:00 PM. Almost every additional service or facility comes with an extra charge, with no consideration that you are already a paying hotel guest. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The only thing that might seem like an advantage is the swimming pools — but honestly, you can find a swimming pool in your own city and enjoy it at a much lower cost, without dealing with all these problems. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.
