Smell so bad

Liked:I only stayed in my room 5 minutes before I checked out and requested a refund. THE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE in the hallway and in the rooms.

Disliked:I arrived on Thursday June 25, 2026 at 3:48. I reserved 2 rooms. After stepping off the elevator the smell was horrible. One room had a sticky floor and some type of stain. From the smell I determined it was pet urine. The second room smelled of dog feces. After making a complaint to the front desk both representatives displayed a horrible attitude to my wife, mother and daughter. Both stated it was nothing they could or would do about the odor, housekeeping only shows up every 2 days and they would not move us to other rooms. I was able to reserve elsewhere but disappointed I could not stay at my first choice. This was a huge inconvenience I know this place may not care about losing $1200.00 of my business but I will NEVER book here again.
