Great place to stay and have a great dining experience

Liked:The ladys in the Dining area were very remarkable, friendly and pleasant with welcoming arms to assist and accomadate in anyway to make breakfast rememberable. Want to give a thanks to April, Brenda and the other ladys who worked the dining area and Rose who works the front desk. April had even went beyond to make a special sweet coffee as I like for me and Brenda/April to bring tooth picks as requested. I recommend the stay at DoubleTree by Hilton.

Tami is Awesome & Great Hotel

Liked:I stay at his hotel when I’m in Huntington, West Virginia and I have for over six years. The location is great and the staff are here to greet and serve you. Tami is the main reason why I keep coming back. She is the best person I’ve ever met at any of the hotels that I have stayed at. She is so attentive and accommodating and she will make your stay is complete. No need to stay anywhere else except this hotel.

Great place to stay!

Liked:We stayed one night at this hotel for my Husband’s birthday so we could visit Marshall University, his Alma mater. One of the lamps was broken upon our arrival, but maintenance had it replaced within minutes of a call to the front desk. All the staff was friendly and polite, and the room was very nice and comfortable. Will stay here again if ever back in town!

A Celebration To Remember

Liked:Doubletree did above and beyond for a surprise event for a family member in December 2025. Tonya Sowdwer was wonderful from start to finish, taking time to answer questions, and to ensure the vision came to life. She has phenomenal experience in event planning and coordinating, even being skilled to help assist with decor and step in to fix any unexpected problems. She is patient, genuine, and truly cares that customers have a positive experience. Our family and friends are still talking about the wonderful event space; we highly recommend using this hotel for your next celebration.
