Liked:I love the hotel not my first stay..The kitchen and the breakfast was awesome
Disliked:The Staff is very unfriendly and some are rude as hell I will not stay again cause I don’t do rude I love the Redidence Inn but being treated rudely when I’m trynna explain what happened my granddaughter came on her menstrual cycle for the first time and she didn’t know I tried to get house keeping and didn’t see them for two days and no one never came for trash or anything I had to go and buy rags and towels. And sheets it was horrible then they tried to charge me for the blood and carpet I asked for a vacuum cleaner

Overall it was a good place to stay the bed was comfortable the room was clean and the staff was very helpful whenever I

Liked:The property had breakfast, a laundry room and a gym.
Disliked:Only one elevator was working instead of both and it moved slowly. Also some of the washers and dryers were out of service.

Disliked:There was no hot tub and they advertised as having one. False advertising. The front desk person was rude and had a long line but was on the phone in a back room. No one manning desk at all

And for anywhere near that area again we will definitely stay at this location.

Liked:We liked the entire experience from the time we checked in through checkout. All staff members were polite and friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was unbelievable so enjoyable as well as the staff that were in charge of providing your breakfast they were on top of everything. The ruins were so comfortable and clean. The location was easy to get to and the surrounding areas were easy to travel.
