Very DISAPPOINTED 😞

Disliked:I stayed at this hotel Booking number 6504945553, last night April 24, 2025 on 3rd floor and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property looks nothing like the photos shown online, which was misleading from the start. The room itself felt poorly maintained, and the restroom was especially concerning the tub had visible mildew and rust, making it feel unclean and uncomfortable to use. To make matters worse, there were bugs in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel stay. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and the difference between the advertised images and reality made this a very unpleasant visit. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. Therefore, I am asking for a full refund.
