Do Not Book A Stay In Gunspoint.

Liked:Nothing. Other than the staff were pleasant and the waiter at the restaurant was efficient.

Disliked:First off, I requested early check in several times and never received a response on the app. We got there very early and they did put us in a room right away. Which is why I said the staff were helpful. However. The room we were put into literally had baby powder splashed across all the walls and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The shower took 7 minutes to warm up and then only stayed warm for 5 min. The toilet ran for literally ten min after you flushed. The lights, the ones with bulbs, flickered when on like a low budget rave. It was, hands down, the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. And when I let the desk l staff know about it all I got for my trouble was a free coffee. The location is called Greenspoint on a map, but according to our Lyft driver as she was dropping us off it's known as "Gunspoint" and told us to stay inside.

Best Experience ever

Liked:It is a great experience to be here in Houston Marriott North hotel the room is so clean, tidy and spacious where you can rest well. Have a very nice and kind staff and the awesome professional driver of the shuttle Mr. Micheal L. Who accommodate me well, drive smoothly through the hotel and pick me up on time at the airport.

Outstanding Hospitality During FIFA World Cup Stay

Liked:During the FIFA World Cup, I booked and managed all 1,000 rooms over a 10-night stay at Hilton Houston North, and the entire experience was outstanding. From start to finish, every member of the team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I want to especially recognize Kris, Megan, Eric, the housekeeping staff, and the Hearth restaurant team for their consistent support and professionalism. A special shout-out goes to Clinton, David, Jazmyn, Brad, Jet, April, JC, and Roy from the transportation team—your efforts truly stood out and made a real difference throughout the stay. I genuinely cannot thank the staff enough. Every single employee contributed to making this event successful, and I sincerely appreciate the teamwork and hospitality shown at every level. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to working with them again in the future.
