It was nice as we were with family and friends to watch the world cup

Liked:Good location, close to Galleria Mall, Target, many other shops. Close to great restaurants

Disliked:Electricity went out twice, there was one day that there was no water early in the morning.

Liked:I really liked the hotel. The bed was super comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were very efficient, cleaning my room every day. The reception staff were also very helpful. My intention was to stay longer, but the hotel doesn’t have a laundry machine.

Convenient location, excellent housekeeping, and partially pleasant service. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

Liked:I always stay with this hotel chain because the service is usually very good and consistent. The hotel is comfortable, the room was cleaned perfectly every day, and overall my stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Disliked:This time, I noticed for the first time that part of the hotel looks very outdated. The old walls, worn furniture, scratches, and overall dated feel of the room slightly affected my impression. However, this was mostly balanced by the excellent daily housekeeping and some staff members who were very kind and helpful
